"Heavy" Upper
I haven't done a damn thing since events on Saturday due to school, which sucks. I've been doing a pretty good job of keeping my studying and training schedules synced up well, but this week the excrement came in contact with the rotary air flow device, and my training today was proof of concept of this unfortunate occurrence. I couldn't bench my way out of a brown paper bag.

0x355 - This was embarrassing, especially since I've close grip benched more than this within the last couple months.

I did the exact wrong thing today when everything felt off and kept trying to change things around from my setup to my foot position to my position on the bench to wearing elbow sleeves or not. Every change just made things worse. Not sure what was wrong, but today was definitely an off day.
