After not competing at the open due to illness, i was pretty down for a minute but as ive always said, it's not how you react to things when they're good that define you.
My next meet is the IPL Midwest Open on oct27 2018. I'll be going 242 and just walking in for the biggest total i can and use that to qualify for next years open.
Cutting weight is just something i dont respond well to and i may as well just push my wilks higher by getting stronger. It is powerLIFTING after all.
2300 sounds nice anyway so fuck it. Hyprrttophy right now, training six days a week, and gwtting hvac certified to support my family. Updates will be coming! Oh and I'm not going to be uploading many lifting videos to ig.
