Block 2, Week 3, Day 1 - ME DL/SQ
I took Sunday off from training since I competed on Saturday. I'm not sure what my next competition will be, but it will probably have to be something close again due to no extra days off from work.

Wow, did those lunges feel awful. I need a little more stuff at the end of this training day, but this was good for a reload.
