Today is the first day back to training since I was sick. My appetite still doesn't exist and I've only been able to put 4 pounds back on. I decided to take it pretty easy today because of that.

 

box squats with SS Yoke bar

worked up t o4 plates of 3 sets of 2 reps

 

back attack machine

90 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

adductor / abductor machine

130 for 3 sets of 12 each

 

I still feel completely off but things are improving and I can take a regular poop.
