I decided to squat against bands today. I haven't done it in some time and I like to put them into a session occasionally.

 

box squats to 15" box

started with gray band

worked up to 225 for 3 reps

added a second gray band

worked up to 505 for 2 sets of 3 reps

 

reverse hypers

300 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

inverse curl machine

3 plates of assistance for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

hanging leg curls

3 sets of 12 reps

 

At the beginning of the squats the tension on my elbow was causing my forearm to ache and some numbness in my little finger. I put on an elbow sleeve and it provided some relieve. If I had to guess I'd say there is something going on with the nerves.
