box squat - parallel box - 2 choked average bands per side

worked up to 55% - 470 for 5 sets of 2 reps

added bar weight and did a pick and hold for 2 seconds (no squat, just pick and hold)

worked up to 830 bar weight for this

 

deadlift

425 for 10 singles

 

tsunami bar bench

90 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

Squats went well and the pick and hold did too but I can tell my nervous system is in need of a break. Band tension has a way of doing that and it's important to pay attention and give your body a break when it needs it.
