15 singles with 315 against light bands (limited rest between lifts)

4 plates per side for 5 sets of 8 reps

130 for 3 sets of 20 reps
hanging leg raises and planks
squats felt good but that last inch or so was brutal. Much needed depth work though and hopefully when the suit is on with straps up it'll take up that weigh in the last inch.
