I trained early AM today at the Y and let Gregg distract me from my normal pace.  My high school strength coach, Skip Johns, used to call this "the beauty parlor effect" and would kick offenders out of the weight room.  He was an outstanding individual.

I had been training for over 2 hours at this point and was hungry as hell so I bagged conditioning and headed home.  I also did not have a contingency plan for not having my prowler at the Y.  I'll fix this for next time.
