I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'm looking to compete in December to wrap up the year. 

1. Close Grip Incline - 225 x 4 x 5. Lots of good here. No pec or elbow pain. I think that issue might be resolved.

2. One Arm Chest Supported Row - 90 x 4 x 12

3. Machine Shoulder Press - 80 x 5 x 10

4. Push ups - 3 x 15

5. Rear Delt Fly - 10 x 5 x 10

Simple and quick workout. Nothing exciting here, just putting in some extra work and trying to stay healthy. Thankfully, everything felt good on this night. Pec and elbow issues seem to be sorted out for the moment.
