Last training day of the deload before my competition on Saturday.  I felt a little more run down than usual from training 3 days in a row, which is stupid, but not to the point where it was affecting any of my lifting.  I also significantly increased my food intake for dinner (crabcakes, tortellini, and ice cream) following training to help make up for the lack of an off day.  I'm gonna do breakfast club on Thursday morning and probably Friday morning to help aid recovery and make sure I'm feeling like a million bucks for Saturday.

I'll be heading down to Norfolk Friday for early weigh-ins with Nick and Inman, not because any of us need to weigh in early, but because I always like to get registered and signed in and take care of all that sort of thing the night before  so I can relax and just roll to the competition in the morning without worrying that I forgot to get cash to renew my membership card or that I was left off the list of athletes who signed up or other such nonsense.
