My elbow has been feeling good and I've had zero issues with numbness, pain or tingling for a little while now. I'm still working to increase my strength and am still a bit off my pre-surgery strength level.

 

bench

worked up to 385 for a single (most I've benched in over a year)

 

dumbbell rows - non supported

70's for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

deficit bench - 1.5 inch camber bar

135 for 3 reps

185 for 3 reps

225 for 2 sets of 3 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

worked up to 225 for 1 set of 5 reps

 

The 385 bench moved well but not quick. My pre-surgery best raw press was 430 so I'm getting closer.
