I still feel like my bench is way behind my squat and pull after this latest surgery. Everything still feels heavy in my hands, my elbow is on fire, my right shoulder has begun to scream again and the bar moves like molasses. Plus some of the burning sensation has come back in my right shoulder blade like it was before. I can only hope its just inflamed from squatting Sunday and will get back in the next day or two.
