Skyler and I will be training out in London OH much more as we both are focusing even firther on prep for the US Open. Sometimes, training in an environment that is advantageous for your goals is one of the biggest things you can do for your progress.

I worked up to a heavy close grip single to guage my velocity, then did sets of 10 on close grip, duffalo bench, and then dips. Accesory triceps afterwards were what followed.
