I felt good today aside from my right shoulder so I decide to push forward a little more than expected. The neck/back held up fine with no pain except for the floor press since there was no padding, but I'm not complaining. It's good to have some weight back in my hands. I benched with my buddy Ricky today and made him work a little heavier than he's used to and he handled it like a champ. He'll probably be a little sore the next couple of days. I'm also not used to taking pre-workout anymore so I was very chatty today and apologize to everyone for not shutting up.
