As most of you know, I am a huge proponent of the boomstick and using it as a strength prep tool, to avoid pain during your wqorkouts and allow you to get into better position.
This has been a huge part in reducing my arm pain which all came about when I ruptured my bicep tendon back in June. The pain is not the primary culprit, it is simply a result of inefficient positioning.
After 4 sets of 5 at 430 I did flat DB bench, and some chest hypertrophy stuff. Followed by an AMRAP for 45 minutes of chest supported row to pack as much back volume into the session as possible.
