I was not able to train yesterday due to work commitments and instead of training Friday, which would have been a 3rd training day in a row, I decided to skip the session. Today will be a moderate bench day.

Barbell bench

worked up to 275 for 5 sets of 5 reps

 

dumbbell press

75's for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

barbell rows

155 for 5 sets of 8 reps

 

cable tricep extensions

5 sets of 15 reps

 

barbell curls

empty barbell for 2 sets of 20 reps

these are done periodically to maintain good bicep stretch and grip rotation.
