worked up to 315 for 2 singles


dumbbell press

70s for 3 sets of 15 reps


assisted chin-ups

70 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 10 reps


cable extensions

100 for 3 sets of 20 reps


standing military press with angle bar

95 for 3 sets of 15 reps


batteling ropes

3 sets of 12
