I no longer have elbow pain, numbness or tingling in my hand. I do have unexplainable shifts in my tricep strength though. One week things will feel solid and the strength seems to be improving and the next 70% of the weight I used the week before will feel heavy. I need to do some research to help figure out what is going on. BUT overall I'm improving and headed in the right direction.

 

dumbbell press

worked up to 130's for 8 reps

110's for 15 reps

 

barbell bench

worked up to 315 against a light band for 2 singles

 

chin-ups

3 sets of 5 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

dumbbell rows

90 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Bench felt good today. The 315 was a bit slow and I had to strain a bit but there were not issues with my elbow...purely a strength issue.
