This is the heaviest I have benched in a while since I took it out of my programming over the summer - which was an unfathomably stupid move on my part and one that I will not repeat.  I tried to over-specialize for pro nats for too long and took out some crucial lifts that help me maintain and increase my strength for strongman and it ended up doing a lot of harm to both my overall strength levels as well as my competition performance.  Epic stupidity and not the first time I have made this mistake.  But having finally realized my mistake, I will not make it ever again.
