My elbow made some improvement this week. I have been ultra sounding it for 10 minutes every other day and that dramatically reduced the discomfort and numbness. I'm starting to become optimistic that everything will be 100% soon.

 

Bench

worked up to 225 for 2 triples

 

dumbbell press - slight incline

worked up to 110's for 2 sets of 12 reps

 

bench - empty bar with choked light band

held for 10 seconds at lockout and 10 seconds 1/2" off the chest for 3 sets

 

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

Finally making some process and getting some motivation.
