Block 12, Wave 2 - BP @ Iron Strong CF

Today I was a solid bench day for me.  I trained at Iron Strong and one of the owners, Dave (who is also definitely not fat), wanted to try the old supine horizontal press using the axle so he worked in with me.  I'm not sure if it was from benching on an actual bench instead of in my power rack or if it was from training with Dave, but I did far better than I was expecting today, especially since I have switched up my primary bench bar to the fat bar.

Dave worked up and hit all the same sets and reps as me except that his sets with 320 were all paused on the chest whereas mine were most definitely not.  This also made me sore as dongle goblins in my anterior delts for some reason.
