Dave and I were on the recovery bench program today so we benched with reverse bands and the pink bar. Not everyone has what it takes to bench with a pink bar but we do!

 

pink bar with 2 reverse mini bands (made 95 zero at the chest)

worked up to 350 for 3 reps

 

dumbbell press

30's for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

tried some tricep extensions with kettlebells but it was painful so I put them down

 

cable extensions

40 for 5 sets of 20 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

135 for 3 sets of 8 reps
