SO honestly feeling more comfortable with pinkies on the rings for my bench press right now. WHich is funny because I was considering that my closer grip in training. I've lost some girth around my upper body due ot the change in weight, but I htink I'm going ot be trying that grip as my comp grip as opposed to my normal use of maximum legal grip.

Good session but it really just illuminated these issues. Adapt and overcome.
