I am a mangled mess right now.I felt like a younger weaker version of Chuck Vogelpohl. I had to wear knee wraps on one knee and one elbow to lift.

I think I am dealing with a bit of tricep tendinitis as well as a my knee looks like it needs to have surgery again. That will be sweet haha. I actually enjoyed my arthroscopic knee procedure last time. I stayed awake so I could see what was inside my knee. There was a lot of floaty shit in there.

Close Grip Shoulder saver:

295 x 5 x 3. It's amazing what taking off a little bit of range does. I felt like I could have done a million of these.
