ONE BOARD NOODLE!

I've been trying a few things to work around my shoulder problems. Partial range of motion bench seems to be helping alot. I decided to used a more narrow grip, and drop the bar faster than usual. I used a one board to cut off the range of motion, that little bit of distance cut off really helps, I also used a piece of foam on top of the board to help soften then blow when I drop it faster.
