I have a number in mind that I want to hit at Relentless in 6 weeks. I am ok with attempting that number, but the weights I have to do in the gym working up to that progression make me a little nervous. I had a number that I knew I had to hit for a double straps down to keep on pace. I know I can do it easy from the mono, but walking it out adds a whole new level of efficiency you need to maintain. You could tell I was squatting timid. But these are my last squats straps down so that's good.
