Wednesday night was great night. My training partner Nate, to whom is also following my program, hit a rep PR alongside myself. He's a much stronger raw squatter than I am but its hard sometimes to get it out of him. I have found pitting myself against him helps drive his potential out of him. We only have one more week left of the first month of training.
