Doing the work that isn't exciting. But that's how you get stronger. I saw @jasen_kohli post something that @ruff_diesel and @mountaindog1 spoke about earlier this week. You don't REALLY need to overxomplicate your training with variables, different movements, loading schemes, or insane variety. Prgress is driven by progressive overload in any manner, food, and recovery. If you are addressing weaknesses and you are making strength stronger, you will become exactly what you set out to. Whether it is through hypertrophy, strength gain, or weight loss. 1 to 1 ratios are the best. @scottmiller5 . . . @scottmiller5 @kabuki_virtualcoaching @kabukistrengthlab @elitefts @brandon_senn @team_sibya @baconandbarbells.co @leviathannutrition @positionusa #TeamEliteFTS #STRONGTHESULLIVANWAY #kabukistrength #TeamKS #KSVirtualCoaching
