After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm taking the next 12-16 weeks to focus on hypertrophy training. My wife is beginning to diet to do a show within the next year, so I'm shifting this time to join in her footsteps for support. I'm hoping to compete again before the end of 2019.

Thursday evening I got in a great arm training session. I was running a bit short on time so I didn't get any ab or calf work in that I had been doing. I'll probably play make up in the coming days to try to rectify that some. But I loved the bicep work in this one. I'm not much of a bicep guy, but the EZ curl bar is one of my favorites.
