Stopped by the local commercial gym one last time to get on some machines I typically never use. Was pressed for time so I super setted everything
Elbows Out Pushdowns on Assisted Lat Pulldown Machine superset w/ Seated DB Bicep Curls (palms up)
4 sets 20 reps into 4 sets 12 reps
Dips w/ Chains superset w/ Machine Preacher Curls
BWx15, 1 chain X 12, 2 chains X 10 into 3 sets 20 reps, slow contractions
Overhead Rope Extensions superset w/ DB Hammer Curls
4 sets 10 reps on both
DB Tricep Kickbacks superset w/ Cable Curls
2 sets 15 reps of each
Short, sweet, and to the point.
