In an effort not to miss training days unnecessarily, especially to start a new block, Marc and I made up Friday's training on Sunday.  This will cause us to shift Monday to Tuesday for the second week of Wave 1, but we will be back on track after that.  We also nixed gun sculpting and working on the beach muscles (a.k.a. hawt erectors) today due to being beat down after the awesome training at Brute yesterday.
