Back on track with the first full training session of this block so far.  And more good news - the dip handle attachments for my elitefts 3x3 rack arrived today so my triceps are about to experience shock and awe beginning on Friday.

My left bicep was a little angry due to all the soft tissue work I have been doing on it on the first set of curls, but felt better on subsequent sets.  I also added a band to my floor presses to increase the resistance.  Added bonus: I reduced a rib head that subluxed yesterday for no good reason while laying back with the DBs for my first work set.
