This week's schedule is all jacked up again due to exams and the scheduling of extra class times to make up missed classes and for review. So that means chances are I won't be able to train again until Friday unless I am feeling reasonably well prepared for the bulk of my exam Friday AM exam by tomorrow afternoon. Other than having to do the five knuckle shuffle with my training days this week, everything went well to start this 7 week block of training except for being too powerful toward the end.

10x90 - Now comes the part about being too powerful. I slightly hyperextended my left elbow on the second set of floor presses because I was being so explosive. It turned out that curls of all things were tending to exacerbate the pain so I opted not to do my 3rd set of them today. The 3rd set of floor presses went fine because I was careful not to slam them up into lockout.
