Garbage!  Total and complete trash!...is how I might describe today's training.  Although that's not quite true.  That would be a more apt description of my own personal state of well being, as I have felt like I got hit by a bus for the last 2 days and am not sure why.  I've just been exhausted and falling asleep at times when I never do and really shouldn't be (in class, driving home, etc).  Since  I have an exam on Thursday and another HOOGE one on Monday, I cut back significantly today in an attempt to let my body catch back up to being on the effing ball.  I'm sure the fact that the weather is yoyoing back and forth between 75 degrees and sunny and 20 degrees and snow is not helping matters either.

All of my squats felt great in terms of mobility/how I was moving, but crappy in terms of my actual speed of movement.
