Much.  Needed.  Deload.  Probably largely of my own doing after piling deadlifts on deadlifts over the weekend.  Closing in on the end of spring semester there will probably be a rough couple of weeks during finals which will fall midway through my next training block.  Also I plan to make some modifications to volume and intensity in the last block of training leading up to nationals.  Today everything felt easy, but my energy levels were in the crappier.
