For some idiotic reason, my sleep has been screwed up for last few days, which is messing with my recovery somewhat.  This morning I woke up at 0330 and just decided to get up instead of going back to sleep.  So when Marc asked if I was tired when he arrived and I said no, I was completely full of dookie.  Everything else is going pretty well right now, so hopefully I can get back to my normal 0500 wake up time ASAP.  Thankfully classes don't start back up until 6 June so I have the option for naps at my discretion!
