Nothing says TARFU like having to train the day after event day in order to avoid missing training days during the upcoming week.  I did not do any drop sets or core work today, just hit the highlights.  I 100% will not be able to train again until Thursday after I finish with midterms.  To make things even better, this was a relatively early training day and I was flying solo.
