Yet again, my schedule is changing around due to changes to my class schedule.  So now it looks like I'll be training M, T, W, Su instead of M, T, Th, Sa.  Not the end of the world, just SOP for summer semester.  Today went relatively well despite the fact that I am heinously sore from overhead training yesterday.  Literally everything I trained is insanely sore.  I increased my intensity on my support work a little bit, but I didn't expect it to be enough to make that big of a difference.

3x{10ea x 70/20ea x 265} - Bellowing in pain and stomping the floor at the end of my sets of cows is probably going to equal DOMS city.

This was also the last day before curtailing my nutrition a little bit as I'm turning into a horrendous fatty and it's time to practice my stringently what I preach to others.
