Today my knee felt better than yesterday, but then again my heavier work was also a slower speed movement (squat vs. push press).  I'm still slightly hesitant doing everything involving legs and I was not going quite into the same degree of extension on my left knee as my right knee.

5x175 - These were not quite as fast as I would normally do snatch pulls and I'm sure I was probably moving unevenly, but I was trying to minimize it by accelerating less as I came up, giving me more control.
