My last weight today was what should have been my first weight today, but I am determined to get me knee back to normal. As always when I feel good, it was very difficult for me to make myself stop because my last set felt the best of any set up to that point. I was literally walking around the garage arguing with myself out loud for about 5 minutes before stopping.

3x3x225 - This was significantly more difficult than I thought it would be, mostly because I really suck at pressing anything when I haven't cleaned it first because it changes my rack position and therefor my setup.
