After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, I'm now focusing on being a bench press specialist for the next year or so (both raw and equipped). I'm currently just trying to increase muscle mass and keep my low back healthy and give it time to rest and recover.

This Tuesday I got in some good leg work after working with some clients. It was a pretty rough, high volume training, but I knew that Thanksgiving was coming up soon, I was trying to earn my food!

Warm Up
10 minutes on the stair climber

A1) Lying DB Leg Curls
Up to a hard set of 12; then 3 drop sets

B1) Seated Single Leg Leg Press
Worked up to a hard set of 10; then did one challenge set with it for 15; and then one drop set after that

C1) Leg Extensions
4x10

D1) Step Ups
3x12 per leg
D2) Close Stance Hack Squat
3x10

E1) Single Leg RDL (KB's in both hands)
3x12 per leg
E2) TRX Pikes
3x15
