After an extremely busy workweek my mental state really needed to get some training in. My body was not particularly ready so I took some extra time warming up and stretching. I also set the box for squats 2 inches above parallel.
Box squats with SS Yoke Bar
worked up doing doubles to 690 for a single.
Deadlifts
Worked up to 495 doing a single conventional and sumo at each weight increase.
Dave said my sumo form was terrible so I dropped to 315 and did 5 singles working on strict form.

My form on squats and deads was off. My body just didn't want to cooperate. I'm going to associate it with a stressful week with long work hours, little sleep and not enough calories.
