I decided to put my briefs on for no particular reason today. Steve put his on  last week and I guess that is why I grabbed mine off the shelf. I haven't worn any gear since July so I guess it was time anyway.

Box squats - 16" box

worked up to 780 for a single

 

reverse hyper

worked up to 300 for 3 sets of 15

 

inverse curl

worked down to 2 plates and a quarter for assistance for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

I was very pleased with the squat today. I realize it was high but it was also only 3 pounds less than my full gear meet PR...If I can stay healthy I should be good for a solid squat PR next meet.
