Speed Upper @ Brute Strength Gym

Yesterday I moved down to Norfolk for my next to last 8 week clinical so I'll be back to training mostly at Brute Strength Gym unless I'm back home for the weekend, which I will be this coming weekend.  I love Brute.  It's kind of like my garage and my storage unit all rolled into one, but with more room and filled with like-minded meat heads.

My work schedule varies somewhat so right now my current plan is to train Monday morning before work, Wednesday evening after work, and Friday after lunch.  Event training times will most likely be earli(er) on Saturdays, but could be later or on Sundays, depending on how I feel and what plans I have on the weekends.

Today I was rushed because I am still getting settled in my apartment and as a result I didn't warmup very well and I could feel it on my presses.

My work sets kept getting better as I got warmed up, but then I started to tank on the last 2 sets so I opted not to work up due to that and the fact that I had done such a shite warmup.

3x6x255 - These actually felt great, at least by comparison to the presses.

That was all I had time for because I had to shower and get dressed for work and like a dumb dumb I forgot to bring deodorant and my tooth brush with me so I had to run to the store to buy new ones to avoid being the stinky kid on the first day of my clinical affiliation.
