*I must say that I think the buffalo bar is prob the most frustrating bar in existence

*I tried the "I don't how much weight is on the bar" trick for squats and it did work like it did for deadlifts. Once the weight started getting heavy I got nervous about the weight on the bar, and psyched myself out lol. On deads I didn't care about the weight I just pulled. I ended up squatting a little less than I was shooting for but still was good for my first month walking squats out
