After a long drive to Santa Cruz today, my friend Jesse and I met up with our friend Amenah and trained with her at her gym. This was awesome and different. She's prepping for a meet, so we helped her with her squats, video, wrapping, etc. Plus, Jesse KINDA is super strong and stuff, so I got some pointers on this new sumo deadlift thing I've been doing I guess. Super grateful, super happy.
