Laughing out loud as I type this.  I had leg day on Sunday. Monday my calves were sore, like more sore than normal but still tolerable (I did calf raises for the first time since I was a gymnast lol).  Tuesday morning came and I legit couldn't get out of bed or walk...like as in, had to call off work because I really couldn't flex my foot to walk flat footed.  Lesson learned: don't do so many calf raises.

Lying leg curl 4x10

Straight leg DL: 4x12

Walking Lunges: 4x20

Hack Squat: 4x15

Hyper Extensions: 4x12

Calf Raises: 4x10

Ab tower: 4x20

Elbow plank dips

Weighted Crunches
