I trained at CTX again today and got to use a different cambered bar that was made by Mike Francis. Much different than ours at OBB since it has a normal bar diameter, but the sleeves are much lower. It took a little getting used to, but I liked it and I feel I'm progressing well too. The shoulder is feeling better and better every day. #savageaf
BTW...I have not left OBB.
