Don't ask why I put a hyphen in the title, I really don't have an answer besides the fact that I thought it looked kind of cool.  And damn, can I just say I have been feeling awesome this weekend.  Regardless, back to that title.  Since I'm really not able to lift or whatever, I've started adding in little bits of cardio when I go to the gym.  It kinda stinks because I would much rather be running outside, but I should probs limit the amount of actual "running" I'm doing anyway.

Today's training looked a little bit like this:

Bench: 45x15, 85x15, 105x15 & 135x3x10 is there a such thing as too much volume?  Idk guess I'll find out.

* important to note I didn't tuck my shoulders or anything, not by choice though.  Feet up and entirely flat back & when I felt my back wanting to pull into the arch position I used my tummy muscles to pull my core back in and keep my back flat. Yay.

Did some other arm things & then a good little elliptical sesh. And afterwards I feasted on sushi.  NOMS. K that's all 🙂
