Adding heavier work and accumulated resistance on my bench is going well. Things still feel heavier than I think they should but I'm not having any issues with pain, numbness or tingling.

worked up to 185 doing triples and began adding 1 chain per set

worked up doing triples to 7 chains per side

added additional bar weight 235 for 3 reps

255 for 3 reps

275 for 3 reps

295 for 2 reps

 

dumbbell rows - self-supporting

90's for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

145 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

reverse cable pull aparts

25 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Benching went well and each week my confidence is improving.
